What accessories come with my device?

All our devices come with accessories, including cables. These are compatible but not original manufacturer equipment.

What is a grade?

Our grades correspond to the state of external wear of our products. We have created a simplified and clear cosmetic classification system that precisely defines the grade of each device:

  • Never Used: 100% battery health
What is the warranty?

All our products are covered by a warranty (up to 12 months) that covers all technical malfunctions but does not support accidental damage, water damage, loss or theft.

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders received before 2pm (GST) are shipped on the same day. You will also receive a tracking number to follow your package from shipment to delivery.

What is a Never Used device?

A "never used device" is a brand new product that has never been opened and comes with a 1-year distributor warranty.

What is the refund policy?

Your product is eligible for a refund within 10 days following the delivery date. Once validated, a shipping label will be issued. The refund process can take 5 to 8 days from when the device is received at our warehouse.

Can I return my device?

All our electronic devices can be returned within 30 days. The device must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply depending on the condition.

When will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be dispatched the next working day.

Does my device come with a warranty?

All our products are backed up by a warranty, up to 12 months. It covers all technical malfunctions but does not support accidental damage, water damage, loss, or theft. The warranty does not cover accessories.
