Returns Policy
You have up to 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documents.

How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, simply complete contact at support email. After we receive your request, our customer service team will guide you through each step of the return.

How return will process
The return will be processed via mail courier. You might need to print return shipping label. They will pick up the device from the original order delivery location.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items, such as those marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.

Return Fees
If you are returning the product due to a change of mind, dissatisfaction, or if no issue is found upon inspection, a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product price may apply. Additionally, a shipping fee of up to AED 30 may be charged. These fees will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process
Once we receive and approve your return, please allow up to 15 days for your refund to be processed and credited to your account.
